About Us

The Springfield Area Parent Child Center (SAPCC) builds bridges of support for children, families and caregivers. SAPCC is one of fifteen parent child centers in the state of Vermont that make up the Vermont Parent Child Center Network (VPCCN). SAPCC serves nearly 12,000 individuals in southern Windsor and northern Windham counties each year through our wide variety of programs and services.
