Opening for a “Blended Position” including Reach Up Case Management We need a creative, caring employee with a love of children of all ages – birth to adult – and an individual who likes to multi-task and try new things! Full time (35 hrs), year round position with competitive salary, full benefits, including vacation, medical, dental and life insurance & retirement plan and discount on childcare. Provide case management and job coaching to single parents, ages 14-24. The primary responsibility is to assist the family to make the transition from welfare to work. And includes assessment, planning in conjunction with the family, coordination of services, monitoring, information sharing, referral, and advocacy. The position also includes some hours each week to provide a variety of services from childcare, home visiting, co-facilitating parenting classes, working in the reception room and the thrift store.
